This is Strings and Body. Why use just a racquet to hit the ball? Use your racquet, and then your body! Start by self rally hitting one ball up with the racquet, let it bounce, and use a body part to hit the ball.

This is Self Rally Forehand. With your palm up, tap the ball up about head-level and continue to tap it after each bounce. How many self-rallies can you get on your forehand in 30 seconds?

This is Rally Me Flips. This drill is all about working on your forehand and backhand, flipping the racquet back and forth.

This is Self-Rally backhand. With your palm down, tap the ball up about head-level and keep tapping it up after each bounce. How many self-rallies can you get on your backhand in 30 seconds?

This drill is called Edgies. While holding the racquet with a continental grip, keep a rally going by hitting the ball to the ground with the edge of the racquet. Make sure to keep working on the continental grip with this one!

This is Ground Stroke and Volley using a wall. Against a wall, hit a ground stroke of choice, followed by a volley. Catch the ball, and repeat. Keep it going for one minute.
