Net Generation 2018 US Open Towel Promotion
To participate user must:
1. Sign up as a new provider on NetGeneration.com or have an existing Not Yet Approved provider account
2. Complete the registration process to become an approved provider between August 15,

c. Acceptance of the USTA Safe Play Conduct, Policies, and Guidelines

The first five hundred (500) approved providers who qualify will receive an Official US Open Towel while supplies last (ARV $20).
Offered and open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and an approved Net Generation Provider who has met the criteria above.
Promotional Period begins on 08/15/18 at 12:00:01 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), and ends on 10/15/18 at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) or until supply has been exhausted. If you met the qualifications above between 08/15/18 and 10/15/18 you will be notified on the first notification date listed below.
Qualifying Providers will be notified on November 15, 2018.
No cash alternative. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the promotion or amend the terms & conditions at any time at their sole discretion. Employees of Sponsor and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, as well as the advertising and promotional agencies and anyone involved in the development, administration, fulfillment, and execution of the Promotion and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of each are not eligible to participate. Limit one towel per person, per household. Please allow 4-6 weeks after notification for delivery of prizes.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled submissions, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Sponsor shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate submission information whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the submission in the promotion.
