Net Generation 2019 Backpack Promotion
The United States Tennis Association Incorporated (“USTA” or “Sponsor”) Net Generation 2019 Backpack Promotion (hereinafter, the “Promotion”) is offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia and other locales under United States jurisdiction, including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, American Virgin Islands, and other protected territories), who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and an approved Net Generation Provider who has met the criteria below.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and each of its respective parents, affiliates and/or subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, webmasters and web suppliers, and their immediate family members (mother, father, brother, sister, daughter, son, or spouse, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household of each of such persons (whether or not related), are not eligible. To be eligible to receive the promotional offers a user must complete the registration process to become an approved Net Generation provider between July 22, 2019, and September 23, 2019, which includes:
1. Completion of your NCSI background check and submission of your NCSI number on NetGenertion.com;
2. Completion of the SafeSport Safe Play Training; and
3. Acceptance of the USTA Safe Play Conduct, Policies, and Guidelines.
Existing providers who renew their Safe Play components are eligible, provided renewal is completed between July 22, 2019, and September 23, 2019.

The first one thousand (1,000) approved providers who qualify will receive: (1) a customized Net Generation Backpack, while supplies last (ARV $25); and (2) access to adiplayer.com, a gated resource offered by adidas®, providing discounts and exclusive adidas gear.
Promotional Period begins on 07/22/19 at 12:00:01 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), and ends on 09/23/19 at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) or until supply has been exhausted. If you met the qualifications above between 07/22/19 and 09/23/19 you will be notified on the first notification date listed below. Providers who were approved prior to July 22, 2019 are not eligible for the Promotion.
Qualifying providers will be notified on or around October 11, 2019.
No cash alternative. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or amend the terms & conditions at any time at their sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the promotional offer(s) in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Employees of Sponsor and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, as well as the advertising and promotional agencies and anyone involved in the development, administration, fulfillment, and execution of the Promotion and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of each are not eligible to participate. Limit one backpack per person, per household. Please allow 4-6 weeks after notification for delivery of promotional offers.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled submissions, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human or electronic. Sponsor shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate submission information whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the submission in the promotion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of submissions. By participating in this promotion, participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives and agents (including any third parties who assist in the administration of this promotion) and the respective directors, officers, volunteers, and employees of each from any and all liability from claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including without limitation, death and bodily injury, resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any reward, participation in this Promotion or any promotion-related activities. Proof of submission is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor or its designee of submission materials. Offer is void where prohibited.
